That looks slick. But you need to get black calipers and ditch the stock bling-bling gold ones. I'm not 100%, but the F4i's use the same calipers as the RC51's, and they can be had for fairly cheap. They look exactly like what's on the 954's.

Are your rotor carriers just stock ones that are painted black, or did the 954's come with them black?

I'll have to look into the specs on the 929 rotors, and if they can be swapped to a RC, probably not doable, but it's worth a look if I can get a deal on a set. I'm in the process of removing all the gold crap from my bike. I hate it, unless I get Ohlins forks or a shock, I don't want anything gold, if I get a Scotts, it's getting ano'd or pc'd.

The F4i calipers can be had for fairly cheap, the going rate is between $40 and $100 depending on where you look. I'm hopefully picking up a set for about $50 shipped tonight off another forum. I wouldn't mess around with painting them, they tend to look bad from what I've seen.

chevelles are sweet
o ya the bike looks really good aswell the paint makes the bike look brand new

r u local in bham or in port orchard
cuz id love to see that chevelle in person

You sure that's not a GPX 600R? I like that bike. I would try to make it original though, because it's a classic. The black and green is nice though.

Thanks..... As far as making it original..... not an option for me I guess I like to be different.... This is how I bought the bike I'm actually getting ready to repaint it after a little more work on the plastics.......

i'm in bellingham... the chevelle (u got it right, 66) is down at my parent's house in port orchard tho. i'll have it up here once the weather is nicer tho

well got done with a ride today and the bike needed a bath so i decided to snap some pics after i was done.....o and i know my camera sucks

the blue r1 got a new windscreen.......and got rid of that hideous gold one and stripped the decals for a cleaner look

anyways since there were no new pics for a while i figure i might spice things up

no comments on the garage.....my truck is dirt and so is my garage

lots of mods still to come

No i haven't been out that way on the bike yet this year. Last experience riding out there ended in a badly broken leg for a good friend after a lowside crash on s. lake whatcom blvd... late last season haven't ridin over there since, yet.
