Destination Harley-Davidson/Buell (DHDB) was able to let me take it so that my wife & I could journey to Roseburg, OR for the 1st annual Bikers for Christ rally.

Repairs of my bike are 99% completed...

Replacement brake light wiring and the 5th gear safety recall kit to add an oil jet for better lubrication under sustained high speed operation did not arrive in time.

So I sent this out to some people via PM, and then realized that I could just post here instead.


I messed up my bike a bit on Thursday.

Got home from work, changed backpacks and was about to head up to Seattle to help a customer with their computer...

I was in a hurry and grabbed too much throttle and the bike went vertical, dumped me on my ass and took off down the street... It came down and slid a ways.
Fortunately it didn't hit any vehicles...
