Mother Nature I just put it in your butt!

Posted 04-21-2008 at 08:02 PM by E36M3K6GSXR

So I took a nap today after I got off of work (I work 5am-2pm shifts). When I woke up at around 6:30pm I was like "fuck I feel like riding". I brush my teeth, put my gear on, and I go to the garage to take my Buell out. I look outside and I see this ginormous grey cloud moving north about to engulf everything above me. It's already raining but anyways I was like FUCK IT I DON'T GIVE A FUCKING FUCK!

I walk by my Gixxer on a stand, give it a kiss, close the garage, and go outside to my Buell and as it's warming up I'm just sitting on my trusty steed watching that dark grey cloud eating it's way north.

I take off, rode around in the rain for about an hour and pretty much just enjoyed myself out there, doing a little bit of sliding around and such.

I love riding in the rain, it's just fun to ride in, it's refreshing, it makes you feel alive, and it rejuvinates the soul. I don't know what it was about this short jaunt that made me feel compelled to type up a fucking blog about it!

Now I'm going to hang out with my friend Mary Jane, thanks for reading, peace!

lol, no kidding. It always is more exhilarating just cutting throught the rain. Hey do you find that the bike is more stable with a little bit more speed? Centripital force from the back wheel?

    IDB!

Rain riding helps your skills, I think. You can practice slides at lower speeds.

Only rain makes the good mud. Besides nothing shiney chrome on the Buell to keep you from out and playing in it like the chrome couch loungers. And if you aint riding in the rain around here..... you aint riding much at all.
Hell I got soaked on the way to MONGO tonite.
