We all have our stories about irresponsible cagers who fail to watch for us, and it is easy to conclude that we on motorcycles are indeed less visible than other motorists. This morning I was reminded that sometimes we are just as vulnerable in our cars as on our bikes.
On my way to work, eastbound on SR530 between the freeway and Arlington, I was dutifully scanning forward, being careful not to stare into the headlights of the oncoming traffic. Suddenly, I noticed one pair of headlights...

I was not planning on posting this. But after thinking about it for awhile, I've decided that it was just funny enough that it should be shared.
Last night, about 9:00 or so, I was lying on the sofa watching TV. Dad was in the recliner next to the couch. Wife had gone to bed. My phone rings. Dad hands me the portable. I answer.

Me: "Hello?"
Lusty female voice: "Hi, whatchya doing?"
Me: "Trying to figure out who this is."...
