    not sure what these are going to be used for... but you could try to look into some sheetmetal fab links...
    basically use overlapping corners to make a prefectly sealed corner segment. its going to be think and not very maluble but it will be water tight..

    you can also look into other materials that will bond with heat, might be a better option then glue

    this is not the most helpfull but look at what he does at the 7:31

    the "flatten " option

    if you cut your materials like that its pretty darn easy to make a sealed box, just make sure you get the corners sealed up real good
