It went great! No issues with the plated and screwed wrist! I was off pace but then it had been 4 months since I'd been at PR and I was lacking in the cardio dept.

So the post op therapy is going well! Coming out of the surgery I had almost NO MOTION in my fingers and wrist, they were seized in a half fist like position. After 6 weeks of therapy I can now lay my fingers out flat or open (like how you'd high five) and conversely I can almost close my fist completely. The wrist motion is still very limited, but it's improving weekly.
I had the pin removed a week and a half ago and needless to say that was a feakin huge burden removed. It got slightly...

Kind of a late blog entry, I know. Anyway, Thunderhill was great, I think it was probably the best track day weekend of my life. No kidding. It was my second time at T-hill but damn if i didnt feel like I was flying. Ya, ya, I know, Im no racer and there are people plenty faster than me, but damnit I was feeling unstoppable, which turned out to be ironic.

Well, it was a weird day but still a day you don't crash is always a good one!
I was able to pretty much get everything done with the bike on time. I got the new track skinz mounted but didn't have time to get them painted.
The track day itself was weird because of weather conditions: dry but VERY VERY cold and I was also breakin in brand new Pilot Powers which were sliding ALL over the place. So the 10:00 session (I skipped the 9:00 one) was more ice skating than motorcycle riding!...
