First trackday since the crash

It went great! No issues with the plated and screwed wrist! I was off pace but then it had been 4 months since I'd been at PR and I was lacking in the cardio dept.
Was good times. Can't wait for the 18th!!!!

    Hey Ook~watched the crash vid and checked out the x-rays...speechless! I'm real excited for you and your progress and definitely a successful time out at the track!
    Im 3wks out of my baby lowside and getting through being back on the bike. I watch the track bikes/riders and blown away at the ability and skills of you guys!
    Just wanted to say a big Congrats and very cool vid!

    Thnx! The video from 8.8.08 will be up soon. There's some good stuff in there, regardless of the fact that eRic is in the video.
