*stretches*

got another 20 miles on that thur odometer today...before i know it, i may just cross 200 miles this year...

this was more of a test for my wrist. if it swells itself into an oblivion tonight, then i will finally go see someone about it and have them cut it off and dip the stub into some rooting hormone so a new one will grow back in its place.

also revved my engine like a retard on campus. soooo embarrassing...all acting like i was looking for attention or something stupid...

Yes, the time has come for my bike to cross the 5400 mile mark today. Just a quick jaunt on the highway down to Lewiston and back to make it about 70 miles. Passed three cops all in the same spot. Hopefully they all gave me cold pity and didn't bother me because of that.

One day, my mileage will catch up to my post count. Hell, I've had this bike only a couple months longer than I've had an acct here. The poor thing.

The ticking went away that I heard yesterday after firing it up for the first time in probably six months. My first guess was just sticky valves or other things that hadn't moved in forever. A quick consult with a few friends and they figured the same.

Twas cold. That's all I have to say about that. Except my ankle is the size of a baseball and I'm not sure if it's related to the ride or not.

Bright and sunny...roads are dry. Lots of gravel but that's okay.

It was the 22 degree temperature that stopped me. The thought of 22 degrees at 60 mph in summer gloves lost all appeal for me.

If someone could call a search party to find my winter gloves, that would be great. I have no idea where the hell they are. Not in my winter jacket.
