I managed to take a trip around the Olympics on Monday (September 1st)... left at about 7 AM and just rode. It was a bit colder than I would have liked but very much worth it.
I've officially owned my K1200S for 1 year now as of August 31st. I still love it and it still looks brand new. Just over 13,000 miles on it so far... about 10,000 miles less than I rode the year prior on my K75 but still a respectable number. Two years ago I had some 'time off' for most of the summer, so I had more time to go riding which is probably why I didn't rack up so many miles this past year.

| | I've been wanting to make a run around the Olympics. Can you elaborate, either here or in a new post, on your trip? Information on time taken, trip ridden, stuff like that would be much appreciated. |
