dunno if anyone has talked to anyone THIS year about it. But its been allowed in years past. They dont mind at all as long as you play by their rules. Meaning your bike has the necassary sliders, catch cans etc. But that goes with ANY track.

Give Corey a call and see if anything has changed

Jdawg, could you give us some info about the track? Debi and I know a bunch of SuMo riders in the Seattle area who'd be up for an outing.

April 11th is a practice day. How does that sound?

As far as I understand it, the Sumo's can ride any weekend that is a scheduled practice/track day.

True to normal form! Most people would have the slicks on the day before, you will start installing them 3 hrs after sumo practice starts!

I won't make that weekend, will be at the Desert 100 in Odesa.

I usually start the change over 1 hr before the track turns green, but I have a flat tube in the rear so I will try to start the process 3 hours before green track as you suggest, good idea

If Odesa has not had rain in a few days before the event, I would ditch and come ride with us, unless you like 2 foot deep powder sugar dust to ride through with 3000 other bikes.
