Lawyer suggestions for this area?
I may have received a reckless and am looking at the options. I talked with Mucklestone so far, but she wants a lot more money then I would imagine necessary. Any other suggestions out there that one should look into?

P.S. Yes, I searched. This topic hasn't been terribly 'refreshed' in this area.

Find a lawyer that rides on the track. Then ride on the track with them.

Sucks about the ticket man, but a reckless is going to be expensive any way you cut it. You can talk to any lawyer about payment plans. They are human too and most understand that people don't always have money laying around to fork out for unexpected expenses. They know they will get their money either way, they are lawyers after all.

Here's who a buddy and I are currently using. I personally don't have a testimonial on him yet, because my court date is still coming up. But my research (and I was recommended to him by another lawyer), I'm feeling pretty confident in him.
Good luck.

I believe reckless is a gross misdemeanor criminal offense, so you might consider criminal defense lawyers if you can't find a traffic guy locally.

EDIT: wait, thinking and if can recall will PM you.

This is TriCities area I'm guessing?
Benton County, or Franklin County?

Bump, anyone else out there that I should know about? I need to pick who's going to represent me soon.

Thanks! I've given him a ring, but like all the other lawyers I didn't get an answer/reply yet.

Use John Jensen, he's a rider and a great guy. I have known for a very long time and well respected in this area.
