Patriot Guard Ride, Sunday, March 4th
I hope I'm not committing a forum faux pas, but I think some folks might not have caught the following ride in the Marine Killed in Helicopter Crash thread.

This will be my first PGR ride. See you Sunday at the staging. Bought a flag for my FJR last week.

From either direction on 395 the exit is KARTCHNER STREET

This location has multiple choices for food and gas and leaves us about a 6 mile trip to the service location, but we have about 4 right hand turns from the start to the finish, no intersections to worry about, just a couple of onramps to watch for merging traffic.

STAGING AND SIGNIN: 9:30 am to 11:00 am
RIDE BRIEF: 11:00
KICK STANDS UP: 11:30

I would encourage any groups coming from out of the area (ie. Yakima, Spokane, Walla Walla or points in Oregon), or anyone willing to lead a group from those areas to post their various ride plans for that day in this thread, so that other may meet up and ride along, or join those groupls en route.

Again, don't be dissapointed if the Westboro folks don't show up. Just enjoy the ride and pay respects! I don't think they will show. But if they do. Take lots of pictures!!!!!

Need fuel? Get to the Shell and get it before you ride!
Coffee and sign-in.

The news reported that there is over 150 bikers expected, this is a super way to support the family and show some pride!
That group shoud rethink this protest. What a bunch of freaks!

I should be there, I was doing an install today and my customer told me that Congress just past a law that makes it illegal to protest at funerals like this one and that talk was this was going to be the first test of the new law this Sunday. Would be nice to see what happens.

I think the law says, no protesting within 500ft of the funeral
