It has two liners which keep you really warm. It can turn into full textile jacket or you can zip off the outer shell and turn it into a summer jacket. Has 8in zipper to attach to pants. They will fit 30"-32". They will be the only pants you'll be wearing but they keep you really warm when it is cold. I've never worn them when its hot, so I cant say how cool it keeps you. And they dont come with pads just pockets for them to insert into. | |
