Saturday morning coffee...
Bob wanted to start meeting for coffee Saturday mornings and I said I'd post it.
Creekside Coffee
Just informal social gatherings to keep up on local happenings between bike nights. It is not a ride, but feel welcome to come down on your bike or bring the car and bs with us. Maybe we'll get some regular rides in.

Every Saturday 10:00am - Creekside Coffee 5210 SW PHILOMATH BLVD.

Thanks for bringing the Ural Jim, what a great looking bike. How many kilometers did you get on it today?

Creekside Coffee
Due to the newbie ride Saturday, I thought we could do coffee at Creekside Coffee (behind Oil Can Henry's off SW Technology Loop) about 9:00.

I know tbolt wants to set off at 10:00 but first rule of group rides is you never get going on time.

Hey All, I'll be at the coast for my wifes' b'day on the 16th so I will miss the Vintage ride.

Yea Rick, you should definitely go on the Vintage ride, it's a lot of fun and some cool bikes. Last year I rode the Hondamatic, yeehaa.

Sorry I missed the earlier post Brad but I now have over 400 kilometers on the Ural. I got Doggles for my big border collie and have rigged it to attach her harness. I'll probably get her in it on Friday for her first ride and then hopefully again on Sun. out to the Vintage show.

That is so cool, the Ural will fit right in. The real show is in the parking lot where everyone brings their ride. I am glad both you and Elton are able to fit in two events this weekend. The other event I wanted to go to was the Oregon Garden Motorcycle show but they changed the date 3 times before deciding on this Saturday.

Rick, come check out the vintage ride with us, your connie is a classic, they don't make them anymore.
Are the rest of us meeting for coffee at the Bean before the vintage ride?

How about coffee at the coffee shop, I forget the name, behind Oil Can Henry's in the shopping center on Philomonth Hwy at 10:00am, then get gas and motor over to the Vintage ride?

I'm on the fence. Meeting at Creekside Coffee sounds like a great idea, but I'm biased... I live a couple of blocks away.

There's also going to be an informal ADV gathering at Woodstock's Pizza on Sunday at 1:30pm.

I'd do coffee tomorrow before the vintage ride, whether the coffee is at Creekside or downtown. Creekside (the place behind Oil Can Henry's in the Safeway shopping center) does seem like a good idea since we'll need to be on that side of town anyway...

Yeah, that probably influenced my opinon a bit too

(aside: We need a good pub on that side of town that's within walking distance. Somebody with more money and less sense than me should buy the old antenna place on the corner and turn that into a pub.)

Coffee at Creekside
Creekside sounds good to me, more parking, a lot less busy without the farmer's market and most of us live close by. And we usually pass by there to go for rides anyway.

Creekside Coffee sounds good to me (better than the Beanery)... and then a ride afterward. I have to agree with tbolt. Not overly interested in the vintage ride but might do the show on Sunday. Might even be interesting to go to the Rhody festival since the weather is good.
