Count me in on the ride, that is if the evil garage monster will let loose of Misty by then

As for lunch? I can swing either way on that one.

I Ride: where I'm not supposed to
3-4 hour ride with newbs...A lunch or extended mid-ride stop at the least, is a must.

I too like the idea of a lunch break. I'm coming down from Vancouver to join up (I'm the one friend Timmah keeps referencing - possibly bring the second friend as well). I also am glad you'll be doing the speed limit. I have a 73 CB350 that doesn't like to go much faster than 55.

Welcome new riders, this will be a safe, speed limit, group ride environment. Last year we split up into smaller groups by bike type and riding style and I suggest we do that again this year.

Any volunteers want to run (the route?) Friday night to familiarize ourselves with the road, check for gravel and make note of any other hazards worth pointing out Saturday morning?

Former Creekside Coffee about 6:00, kickstands up @ 6:15.
Stop in Independence for pizza/Chinese/whatever?

Whoah, it's really short, should be fairly scenic though .

What's the tentative time Fri for the ridethrough?

Last year's ride was around the same length and took all day long.

I believe Brad posted the times to meet for the ride on Friday. Double-check his post.

I believe that there is a Sushi place in Monmouth. Also Mendi's Pizza is excellent... or at least it was when I went to college in Monmouth.

90 miles for newbies is quite a bit, good thing it is broken up into two parts.
