Where is bike night this week? I was hoping in HR since I will already be there for my daughters swim lessons. I will be done around 5:30............whatch ya'll think?

Out of town until next week, otherwise would.. BTW, nice looking WR you have from the pictures on the other thread. Look forward to meeting you sometime, maybe we can do the BZ Corner, Glenwood, Klickitat ride..

I've found that this group is fairly commitiphobic. Rarly do hey say they're gonna show, but usually several do. Just go, have dinner and see if people come out of the woodwork.

Infidel may be working (haven't seen a post from him in awhile) Jackal and I are both stuck at training, GS lives outta town, but sometimes comes in early enough for the weekend to hit bikenight. And 2 moved away last week. There's another 2 new guys...they may show.

Things will be back to normal-ish By Saturday. Course...nothing's normal with these guys lmao

Thanks!! Yeah that would be awesome.... that is one of my favorite roads. I will post up when I have another free weekend. I would say lets do it next sat but I will be in Keizer visiting family, I will post up the next time I am going to make that run.

Haha no worries, Thats kinda what I figured. I definitely will still go....... I will be there from about 5:45 until 6:30ish. If I dont see ya tonight will have to catch at SMC.

Mmmkay guys....my bike will be fresh out of the shop with new tread and fork oil on Thursday. So who's up for a bike night?? Thinking maybe Sahara Pizza this week, around 6ish. On West 6th in The Dalles (just West of Safeway).

(They have pizza by the slice too)

That is some good pizza! I ate way too much of it when I lived in TD. Of course, I do have that fear of commitment but I'll really try to make it out!

I was at Petite Provence this Saturday. The place was packed, but no familiar bikers. I saw one dude with a sweet Ducati Monster (but he didn't seem like he was there to socialize.), and met a PNWlurker. Nice guy! I hope he makes it out more often.

Sahara no longer has 'by the slice'....so moved to Zim's on east 2nd for now. May mosey to Clock Tower after a bit.

As always I had a great time. It's truly amazing I didn't get a speeding ticket on Satus pass. Also you guys, do not take 17th to my place as I instructed as there's way too much excavating going on. Take Scenic instead. I have cold beer.

Lol...good to know you're makin a mess up there lol...BUT...didn't you say you could "see" it from scenic....??? You still tryin to get the rest of us on dual sports? lol

I had a good time too...nice warm ride home. Still searching for a good landing spot for these...I forgot Zim's had kareoke...got kinda loud after GS1200 got there ;p

My driveway starts at Scenic and Lincoln. You can see the job site from Scenic if your going down hill from the park.

I had never been to Zims before. I was a little uncomfortable with all those young lady's checking me out.

Can't figure out where to go for dinner, so I'm tempted to play hide and go seek lol.

Anyway...I'll be at....hmmm.... eh, oh why not - Double Mountain in Hood River around 6 or so. (4th between Cascade and Columbia). Will either take the Glenwood highway around to home, or hit Canyon Road.

So...there I was, last week at Double Mountain.

Didn't know if anyone was coming, but I was running late as it was, and no one was there yet...so I just claimed me for seating list.

Many more people came in. It was packed.

Had the option to sit at the bar if a spot opened

Spots opened, but people would shuffle in to order a beer (and just stand there) while they were waiting for their party's table

Yep...you can have it...no problem.

Sooooo....there I was. Sitting alone at what seemed a huge table for how many people were there. Eating alone, enjoying a beer, partially in my gear lol.

I enjoyed my food, beer, evening and ride...BUT...

It's way more fun to have a bike night with a group...people look at me funny when I talk to myself about my bike and the rides coming up this summer.

ha ha ha....

Anyone thinking about getting together this week?
