suxor. When I hear "loss of control" I really wonder what actually happened. Did the car pull out in front of him and he lost it on the brakes? Was he being too aggressive through a corner and layed it down? etc. Too bad we don't have good news outlets. We can't bring back the dead so lets at least learn something from tragedies like these.

What a fitting ending!
If this is the same slimeball who died, I couldn't have predicted a better ending, except the poor family. Yet they will have a great story from now on.

Here is the link!

Thanks Elwood.

Who were the numbskulls standing close to the targets?

They weren't worried about their cars either, were they?

I wannab12

Haven't we all done things that we regret though...

I still ride over the other line... I've been known on numerous occasions to even hit the shoulder with a vigorous nature as well.

The way things change in our daily lives... the rumble strips are reminiscent of a vibrator for me

They were using a CO2 powered BB gun so it might sting a bit but no real danger as for the cars they are a MC who cares about dings in the paint or chipped glass in the cage. could say more about the video but I'll chime in on topic instead. As for the murderer statement, it would seem he paid at least some of his debt to society with having served time. If he was in deed a drug dealer than I say good riddance. I do feel some sympathy for the family he left behind

If those are BB guns are not, that is really scary! in general why would you want to practice shooting guns on a bike??? Bike are to be ridden not used as a weapon. WOW.....thats just scary to think about

First off this rider was a NW Born NW Bred Ghost Rider, which is not the same as the clubs being referenced to in the previous posts.
There seems to be several clubs with similar names mentioned in this thread. You might say it shows how mixed & in accurate info found online is often passed off half cocked as total truth.

I need to air somethings. Here's what really bugs me about so many righteous people, with a few TIDBITS of one sided info, some (not all) people have passed judgment and even gone so far as to say Wayne deserved to died because he killed a few men. Well, you've said yourself that some people deserve to die, so could it be that those men Wayne killed, lived the 1% life and died by their own rules, while NO innocent parties where involved. I can tell you he did kill a few people and they seemed to have it coming, although it did still trouble him at times. If you knew the true situations though, you would "pray" to have a man like Wayne on your side to SAVE YOUR LIFE = even if that meant he'd have to serve time in prison to SAVE YOUR LIFE, which was without a doubt what happened in one of the cases. Live by the sword, die by the sword. He never bragged, didn't even like to talk about it, but he did what had to be done, I for one, respect that and hope I can measure up if ever the need be.

Wayne was a good man, and unless you walked in his shoes or at least on a similar path, you have no valid input. He was a fiercely loyal man, and somebody you'd be honored & grateful to have around. ALSO, where all the drug dealer B.S. came from, I don't know, but it's false, it's more of the righteous passing judgment based on little knowledge, Hollywood magic and limited experiences. He wasn't a drug dealer, he served his time and was trying his best to keep and enjoy his freedom with his one true love. You can bash me, call me a liar, but that's a fact.

Now here's some more facts, this man was a military vet, in his later years he counseled youth groups about what can happen if you make certain choices, and even though he killed when he had to (mutual combatant situations), he was loved by nearly everyone who knew him, he didn't brag or boost, he worked leather for a living, he left behind a widow - the woman he loved and the woman who loved him as deeply as could ever be possible. AND after riding over 30 years this was his ONE & ONLY serious accident -- that's not a rider who doesn't have control of his scooter, Wayne rode coast to coast and top to bottom of this great country many times & after more miles than anyone could count & 30+ YEARS accident free, I'd say he qualifies as a MASTER rider, not a dare devil who was "asking for it" Sure he cut loose now and then when it was safe and clear, but he was a skilled rider.

For those who wonder what really might have happened, wonder how they can try to avoid an accident like this... we doubt Wayne was passing, it may have appeared that way, but it wasn't his style, not in that situation. Wayne was testing a vibration in his front end, it's possible a parts failure lead to a loss of control. There's also a possibility of heart/health issues, but that will be told by the autopsy. I may post when we know for sure, but if I don't, I wanted to make it clear that the chances Wayne was being a hot shot are VERY SLIM, this was almost certainly caused by other factors which resulted in loss of control.

These are the facts from someone who knows, not watered down judgments. AND I'll say this clearly, Wayne won me over, I met him with a preconceived idea of who he was and I didn't want to like him, but god dam it, he was a hell of a good guy to be around and to have around! And if you knew him and he liked you, you'd have liked him too. He was true to his ideals and lived his life on his terms, who of us can say the same.

As for the car he hit, no fault there, I wish the kid hadn't been riding. I have wondered if a different reaction, could the final out come might have been changed? Say, was it possible the car could have run onto the shoulder, instead of stopping in the middle of his lane? BUT it is what it is, and I'm not blaming the car's driver, it was surely over quick and the driver did what he thought best, I can't say I'd do any better. Hind sights always perfect. I only mention hitting the shoulder as a possible thought should anyone else ever be in this situation.

Spook, I know you passed over the divide EXACTLY how you wanted to, wind in your hair sitting on a Harley with the yellow lines going by -- NOW THAT'S KARMA!!! Ride On Spook. We all just wish you'd have waited a few more years. I wish I had more time to learn from you, dam it, you sure could tell a hell of story, I was sure trying to pick your brain on that!!

Welcome to the internet. Everyone elaborates the stories. In reality everyone is special and has a place in this world. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the families involved. In reality he was another brother bike rider that died a needless death. Bike riding is just dangerous in its own right. To see people die is the worst. I vote we drop this thread, honor a downed rider and move on. Thanks for the posting Listof7. RIP rider.

Well thanks, but 1% MC club member = prob not going to be a brother of mine.
And I find the whole "brother biker rider" thing strange as some riders are the type U would start a neighborhood watch for if they moved in.

PS: Kind of curious how a club can wear the patch but not be part of the national club?

There is no need to drop the thread, especially since we, for the first time have the other side explained.

Thanks Listof7 for your "other side" of the story.

It paints the picture much clearer and is exactly what we all need to help understand the facts proceeding his incident.
That said, I hurt for his widow, his friends and everyone who will miss his stories and experience.
However both sides of this story are clearer and neither side should be excused. He killed people, maybe they deserved it. I accept your explanation and almost want to excuse him, since you make such a good case. But it is not my choice, the courts did that for me, his path and history tell a completely opposite story than yours.
The trouble with joining into the "biker" persona is that you're accepting your inclusion in the known violence possibilities and a generic hatred of the culture by most of the population. The chances of confrontation (which gets people killed) increases instantly after joining in these groups. Had he not been a member, or a 1%'r the chances of his time away and his demise might have been eliminated if not changed considerably.
Do I wish he had died, no, I don't. But I also don't shed a tear for him.

I hope he rests in peace.

I was just posting about the accident. Then someone had to do some research on it and slander the guy regardless of what his background, he was a rider. Not my brother by riding (I only know of a couple I could say that to -even then it'd be weird). As for the 'group' he belonged to, wow, I understand the reason I ride, and for some odd reason it doesn't fit into that genre of folk. Yes we all know that there are those that ARE definitely like this, but it's not my forte. For the gentleman to feel like the guy's memory was backed into a corner, I'm sorry for bringing light to another downed rider. I do however remember one thing my pops told me as a kid and young adult(like last year or so ago) You are perceived (if you choose to be) by the people you hang out with, so choose wisely my friend, Choose WISELY.

On a sidenote, Thank you GUSGUS for giving me that insight
You and your wisdom

I guess I am a bit shocked.

Got to sit and contemplate my navel over anyone taking my "woodsy" rhetoric as intelligent.

But thank you none the less.

I believe a happy life is about avoiding hate, aiming for love and fearing neither.
