Don't need full leathers but should tape lights and mount a catch can.

Fred the fine lady's from the rainbow do owe me a favor

Saturdays are usually kart race days, I remember Sunday's and Monday's working out pretty well. You guys come up with a date and I'll see if that's works for them.

Cool Spokane Kart Track
I am a SMJ veteran, but this is my first post on PNWR. If you want to ride the kart track let Jason know. I would like to come out.

I got the OK from the kart guys to open the track up for practice.
Fred, sunday the 26th would work perfect, what about everyone else?
It's $25 bucks for the day and they do charge $5 to watch inside the gates.

Unfortunately I don't have a dualsport........until I plate the 500 but I need to buy a $500 lighting system to run everything first.

Karts are racing that saturday and I gotta get in some lake time and mx sometime as well. Then there's always that work thing that gets in the way of everything fun

Cost is $25 a day for practice, cheap track time if you ask me
$25.00 a day for track time is OH SO CHEAP!

I'd like to find a twice loved Super Moto bike for Cheap!

Knobbies are not necessary, I ride a Tiger 800 with the stock street tires, and have done fine (except one brief encounter with mud last year, most embarrassing - thankfully no witnesses, should be no problem this year)

Also brings up Ellis's Corollary: When dropping your bike, the amount of damage to your bike and pride is directly proportional to the number of witnesses watching (and laughing).

I rode Fred's Aprilia sxv 450 with street tires last time and didn't have many issues (as Bob said, there were a couple of times trail tires would've been nice.)

About the motard stuff, is the following weekend acceptable? The drz would be awesome for this, too.

I went out a few years ago in dirt attire. The next time in my leathers. I high sided the second time, but I doubt that my dress code would've changed the outcome. It isn't a fast enough track to really get Hurt by abrasion.

For the Empire ride?
Last time out, the trailmaster had on jeans & a long-sleeved shirt.
I had jeans & a leather jacket.
Some guys had on full textile gear.
We all had good, over-the-ankle boots.

As always, it's more your choice, so wear whatever you're comfortable with, as long as you wear good boots.

So is anyone interested in coming out to the kart track?
Not sure how this turned into the adventure ride thread

Yes, but not that weekend. Is there a Saturday when the carts aren't running? Mondays I can't do. Stupid job.
