No pics, but maybe worth looking at... Price being $500 and no description of what kind of bike and all...

Just got pictures on the craigslist crotch rocket $500. its not mine. Thanks to everyone for keeping an eye out. I'll find out Mon. if my homeowners insurance is going to cover this loss or not.

I have been through advanced training for CCW and I would just like to take a minute here and explain why this is a really foolish thing to say, and even more so to put on the Internet for anyone to find.

Let say two years for now, a scumbag tweeker sh!tbag breaks into one of there gentleman's houses. They hear the noise and pickup there firearm and flashlight to investigate. They find the tweeker in the kitchen and order him to freeze, but instead the tweeker panics and picks up a butcher knife off the counter and charges them, several shots later, the tweeker lay on your floor in front of you dead.

So the cop come, you tell then the truth about this totally justifiable shooting, and then the investigation starts.

They will contact your family, friends, co workers anyone who knows you, and with the circumstances as they are, they will ask if you have ever said this popular statement, and believe me, they will find a couple that will.
Then they will look through your computer and check the websites you visit, and lookie here, in his own written words, he said he would kill first and cover it up.

Now instead of checking the box that says "Justifiable Homicide" they will check "1st degree manslaughter".

So now you need to hire a good lawyer to dig you out of this hole you thrown yourself into. (About 100K is the norm in a murder case) and if by some stroke of dumb luck your lawyer can convince the 12 people who were not smart enough to get of of jury duty that you are an innocent man, you next get to face the scumbags family who have no doubt retained a scumbag lawyer to sue you for everything you own or will ever own. The burden of proof on a civil court is much lower then criminal, and you can not elect to not testify (No 5th amendment right here), and not much of a chance you will win either.

All because you wanted to sound like a tough guy on a website.

Always say to your friends who ask you that you NEVER shoot to kill, you shoot to STOP the threat. (That is another one they will hang you on)

Guys, If I were you, I would backtrack to ever site you have typed this on and delete it, and never say this in public, less it come back to put you in jail or cost you everything you hold dear in life.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, ideas and keeping your eyes out for my bike. It has been found... I got a call from the Sheriffs office at 5:00 AM telling me they found it on Willow Rd and Appleway Blvd. Unfortunately since my phone was charging I did not get the message, now I have to come up with 300.00 to get it out of Rouse's Valley Towing.

This crap pisses me off....some tool steals your bike and YOU end up paying for the tow fee! FUCK THAT!! Make the dickwad that stole it pay for it! Then maybe the cops would have motivation to find them.

300 is far cheaper then replacing the bike, and check with your insurance company, the impound could be covered on your comprehensive coverage.

At least it is under lock and key and not being stripped and parted out.

Out of the hundreds of posts i have seen about a stolen bike this is one of those rare ones that actually have found the bike and recovered it...
