Just a suggestion, but there is a bunch of bridge construction on I90 from the Montana Line to St. Regis. A lot more fun route back to spokane would be south from Missoula to Highway 12, then follow it to Highway 95 at Lewiston. From there you can run up 95 or 195 back to spokane. BTW, gas up before leaving Missoula. It's a long way to the next gas stop on 12. This route gets patrolled pretty heavy too, but it's a beautiful drive.

BTW, what's in Drummond for you? Not much there.

Thanks for the info, I actually just drove through there last sunday and the construction isnt to bad, but your right about the other route being better, and im totally game for that!
Drummond youll miss if you blink your eyes! I actually have some family that lives there and there is a little burger joint (frosty freeze) that makes the best burger... Called the Beuford Burger... Yummy!
I could do the run there in back in one day but most people think that might be to much... Im hoping to get a lot of riders to go, its a great ride!

Thanks for the FYI...
Will you be joining us DaveT ?

I got a buck that says Dave will not even be in Spokane that day. Likely to be somewhere halfway to Mexico, or Florida by then.

I'll take that bet. Actually, that's my scheduled weekend home. Not that having it scheduled means I'll be here. Probably stuck in East Butt F*$k Texas waiting for a load. Such is the life of a truck driver.

Just drove through that stretch of I90 Wed and Thurs. Had a haul to Bozeman and back to Seattle (Monday). It's about 100 extra miles from Missoula to Drummond and back. Seems kinda silly to ride I90 for the extra miles. Then again, that's me.

I'm getting a mental catalog of places I want to ride. Most of the eastern US seems pretty nice. Not a single straight or level road in the place, except Jersey.

Ya Dave I don't miss the life at all scence I hung up the keys and sold the truck. I think my most favorite place was Tennessee. Try to get down to Knoxville for the Great American truck show next year HOLY SHIT its a huge party, you wont regret it. I think I left my kidneys and liver there pick them up for me. Forget about the Vegas show it sucks. In Drummond the testicle festival is coming up I believe that is a party in its own.
I think I would go I90-Missoula-93N- 200W or 2w- 95s Home. lots of scenery and less cages.
