Best Breakfast in E-burg?
Looks like we might be going through Ellensburg on the 27th on the way over Blewett. We'll probably stop for breakfast. Just wondering where the best place is to get some breakfast?

Bar 14, the palace cafe, Perkins, they're all the same type of family restaurant establishment...

For something a little different, try the Yellow Church Cafe, you'll find it right behind circle K a block east of Main Street, at Main and Capitol.

I usually prefer the smaller Mom & Pop type places. I've been to Bar 14 for lunch once and avoid Perkins.

Definitely give the Yellow Church a shot...

Sad, I can't think of another good breakfast joint... in fact, not a single other breakfast joint around here, unless you wanted to risk the Flying J truckstop place called Sak's

I smell a new business opportunity!

Road house. about the best of whats left here. How-ever... going over blewitt.. isnt that the one on the way to Leavenworth? if so, (I dont like saying this) skip eburg and hit the Buckboard Cafe right before you make the turn at the underpass to go to Lizi's. Very cool place with new owners and amazing food. It is very mom an pops place and I know we will be going back to try the other dishes they make.
It been sad seeing the really good restaurants folding around this town.. With Nick's gone, it's just kinda trying to the best of whats left around here.

Ya, we're headed to Leavenworth. I'll be stopping at Timberline to say hi. We'll get lunch somewhere up there. I'll keep the Buckboard in mind.

oh wait.. this means your actually riding somewhere? I am glad you have your gps so you can find your way out of Moses Lake :p I mean I think your going to more than double your mileage lol So after that abuse, let us know what time your going to be here. We are interested in a ride up that way. I have a seat to deliver to Lizi's anyways.

Think the Buckboard is a breakfast/lunch place as it closes at either 3 or 5 pm.. my other half would know better. I just know they have really good food and it looks crummy on the outside and really nice on the inside.

Hey! We did over 500 miles on the 6th! Going back to the west side again on the 4th. You need to go over for the MGNOC breakfast sometime. Lots of cool bikes and great people.

Roadhouse doesn't do breakfast, except on sundays...

If you're heading out that way, I've got something better than the buckboard

In fact, the best homecooked meal you'll have ... probably evar...

The liberty cafe...

Tiny little cafe on the left side of the road nestled in the twistys of the lower part of blewett pass.

I'll second the Yellow Church recommendation. Stopped by there on Sunday on our long way home from Ephrata.

I'll second Mike's idea of the Liberty Cafe. Anyone want to "third" it?

Not so sure about Rippin's Toast Hut sounds a bit crusty and dry.... I think that breakfast chain can only be found in remote places like Soap Lake, sort of like a Stuckey's.

Absolutely not. Worst breakfast I ever had was at Bar 14...and the service sucked too. Find someplace else...

Dang I was really looking forward to going to the Toast Hut!

Timebom and I were thinking we should do a breakfast/lunch run to Buckboard and then go visit Lizi and maybe ride around there. Was just a thought. But never heard of this Liberty place that might be fun. We are in just let us know when others could make it!

Well we stopped in to the Yellow Church Cafe. Very good! We'll definitely be stopping in again. Next trip that way we'll give the Liberty Cafe a try. Thanks every one for the tips.

Hey Rippn we just missed ya at Timberline. Saw you headed South on 97.
