Got an award, they tagged me from a plane, does anyone know a good lawyer who practices in Ellensburg? I saw that Westside lawyers thread but nothing near Elensburg. Help?

upstairs from us is a lawyers office, think i asked em about tickets. will check. they are on the 3rd floor at 420 n. Pearl. next to the Clymer

You can always try Jeanne Mucklestone. I'm sure that she goes to Ellensburg. Don't know how much she charges for it but, with her success rate, it might be worth it if you can't find anyone else. One thing is for sure, she won't need you to appear and she'll do it all for you, no hassles.

Definitely see if you can get one from the Westside over here. I don't think there are any good ones over here.

I've used him one time. Same as you, got nailed by a plane on I-90 at the Thorp exit--82 in a 70. He got the venue changed to upper county, and then got it dismissed. I'd recommend him--he knows the local judges.

Yeah, try Mark Chemulowski on pine. He got me out of a 27 over ticket from the staters. I think his going rate is 350 though, but well worth it from a ticket.

Mark Chmelewski is a great choice, he's been practicing in Ellensburg for a long time and does good work. Also, you might try Ken Beckley. He has also been practicing for a long time, knows his stuff.

Does anyone have a phone # for him? The one that I found (509-933-1529) is apparently disconnected. Friend got a ticket he wants to find in Ellensburg.

so i asked Mark Chmelewski to help me out... bad choice and bad experience. Ticket is not dismissed and he was arrogant and rude on the phone. should have paid someone who knows what they are doing or at least have a good customer service.
