But if you have a rivet chain, you are still going to need the tool to put it back on. Or you can buy a clip type masterlink, which is what I did. |

I'm not a big fan of the clip on master links. Alot of the equipment at my work is driven by chains and low rpm motors. They're great for maintenance purposes because they can be removed easily, but on a motorcycle you're not removing your chain with any consistency and they don't seem to hold as well. |
