The easiest way to get there from anywhere is on I-90, you take the thorp exit at the fruitstand, you go south from the interchange about a mile, and then turn right on thorp cemetary road. Follow it straight until you get to gravel, you'll know you're in the right place when it says end of county road, but it's still paved for about 10 miles or so... all beautiful woods with the taneum creek and lots of twisties... just beware of a couple not so nice sections on the road, it's not maintained 100%. But it's fun and really nice to just relax up there. Last edited by mikeysfun; 06-01-2007 at 11:01 AM.. |
