If anyone is interested, post up. I'm thinking of not wasting this beautiful day after I get done with some classes.

Maybe around 12 or 1?

I can't ride today but would love to meet up with some of the Ellensburg crew. I'm new in town but "old" to the board.

Yesterday, I fired up my FJR1300 & rode it about 50 miles! I ran down the Yakima canyon road, then out to the Badget Pocket area. It felt great! I wore my warmest clothing & it was actually quite pleasant despite the wind.

Let's hook up sometime & ride...maybe we need to set up a coffee get-together time. I'm game.

So I got too excited before class and now that class is over, dammit I was wrong. I have to stay home and do homework today. Maybe tomorrow though. Sorry Longrider, we'll make it happen soon.

i set up bike nights all last season. thinking about it again...but there are too many damn squids in this town. they'd all show up, and want to ride. even though i posted a ride right before the bike night. now dont get me wrong, i love riding and would have gone. but they are like "well, we want to go do wheelies on straight roads, not corners" and im left with like 2 other people.

yea. that was fun...

we'll get them started again soon. there are a few of us here who actually ride

Oh and mike. i was going to be disappointed since ive got lab till 5 tonight. but tomorrow...ive got reasearch to do. and then im subing for someone's lab

Thanks nobowl! If I remember correctly I belive you were on our famous 4th of July mudslide...falling rock ride! Am I right?

I have my FRJ housed in E-burg now...today I hope to pick up my BMW...it's much warmer to ride on these chilly mornings! You gotta love those heated grips!

An E-burg group sounds great! Maybe we can ride over to Moses Lake once in a while on Sunday mornings & meet up with my former group in Moses! They're a weird bunch but pretty much harmless!

Hey Mike..get the hell to work! There are probably sick people kicking the bucket right now because you are sluffing off! I am not a deserter...now that I am on my strick diet I hardly ever have dessert!

Have you finally got the goose out of its barn?

You better watch it son...the E-burg gang is about to rally up a ride and come harass you hoodlums!

Got it out a couple of weeks ago. Been riding to work except for the last couple of days. Just a little too cold at 5:30am and I'm a wuss!

I heard you had migrated over to Ellensburg. You working over there or commuting to Othello?

I'm living there & commuting. I've been doing a lot of traveling for the company this year so where I reside isn't such a big deal. Due to higher speed limits on I-90 it's not that much longer timewise to Othello from E-burg than it was from Ephrata.

I'm really enjoying Ellensburg though. My girlfriend Susan & I have a very active social life & I'm getting to know a lot of people in town. This weekend we have an art show, jazz concert, & a benefit auction! That's what happens when you run with a younger woman!

I hope to get over that way soon on one of my motorcycles for coffee!

Who care if the squids just wanna wheelie....do we really want them at bike night anyway? haha

Weekends tend to suck because everyone goes home.

spring quarter I have lab till late on Wednesdays and Thursdays...I think Duane does too.

Sunday evening might not be a bad idea...mostly everyone comes home on Sundays...

No, you might be thinking of Cody1877, he's also from Yakima. I think we met on a ride from Bickleton to Goldendale (red 749).
