How is the bike secured to it? I'm interested, but I'm leaving tomorrow for a camping trip for the rest of the week. If I get internet sometime while I'm gone, I'll check on here. |

| Peg Dragger Joined: Feb 2007 From: Lacey I Ride: Versys | This one looks like its more geared to carry light motorcycles like dirtbikes and scooters. It also depends on what kind of truck you have; tongue weight and all that are big factors on how much you can put on there. Versahaul make ones for sportbikes. I have an 08 frontier and the versahaul fit guide says i can only load up to 200 lbs ![]() That said my friend has a 2004 Tacoma and hauls his 400lb KLR quite frequently... even cross country once. |
