Arai Lid radar detector and laser scrambler
Looking for a quick sale - wish i didnt have to, but being a broke college student a few of my nicer things are going up on the chopping block.

Arai RX7 Corsair lid - size large, Tommy gun Black/Grey camo with light metallic green smoke graphics.

IMO one of the best graphics out there

Lid was purchased new when i got back from Alaska in Aug, i wore it a hand full of times before the bike went bye bye.

Basically its mint. I wore it to the top of baker, down to seattle, and around town - thats it. A few of the bham guys can attest to how long i was able to rock this lid.

i paid 550$ + shipping. Comes with tinted visor and helmet bag.

asking 400$

---------------------------------------

Rocky Mt Radar Detector, with laser scrambler stick. I got an awesome deal for these from costco online with another forum member. We paid about 80$ shipped for both. From the manf. website, costs shouldve been about 100$ for the radar, and 50$ for the laser scrambler.

I bought this brand due to the more vertical facing LED alerts = easily seen from riding position.

Im asking what i paid for them, 80$, keep in mind theyve never been used, still in original packaging hanging out in my closet.

I may be willing to do some kind of combo deal, but not really that excited about it.

May also take K6 GSXR 1000 parts, or tank paint work if you're interested in trading services/parts.

may be able to bring to the seattle motorcycle show this weekend - you pay for my ticket though

lmk if youre interested, thanks!

can the radar detector be mounted on bike or just for car? If can be mounted on bike in some fashion, i'd be interested...

I have this one at home. You'll have to figure out a mount. For me just shoving it under the windscreen seems to be doable. Just remember the hard part is getting power to it once you know where you want it. If you want to see it i person I can try to remember to toss it in my backpack and I'll bring it to the bike night. It's not waterproof so I haven't been using it lately.

the best way to mount it would be to buy a mount for the tripple stem. You could probably find away to do it without it ... id open it up and see how she fits on my K6 but id rather keep the packaging intact.

if the radar is under the screen i dont imagine water damage would be too bad, just have to be conscience of the environment youre in and the gear your riding with ... pretty standard riding stuff IMO.
