Driver endorsement question
I am getting ready to take the riding test for WA state. Do they check to see if the horn is working? I can NOT find the wires to hook it up.

Insurance company is hounding me about getting my endorsement.

Thanks,
Kevin

I Ride: carefully.
they didn't when i did my DOL test, but it's a terrible thing to neglect fixing for obvious reasons.

I agree, I'll get it fixed this winter when I tear it all down. It's a TL1000R with yosh pipes. It's loud!!

Thanks for the information.

Kevin

No they do not check things like horns or lights. don't go with bald tires though.

You need to get a bumper sticker or patch for the back of your jacket -

"Horn Broken - watch for finger!"

If your insurance wants you to take the test and get endorsed just take the msf and get a discount on your insurance. When you pass MSF you get a card that's good for your endorsement when you go to DOL to pay for your new license. No test required by DOL.

x2, then they wont even check your bike!

only time they ever checked mine was when i was switching the title over to my name, then they just wanted to check the vin and that was it.

Hey maybe I should disconnect my horn...I always seem to accidentally hit it at the most un-opportune times...
