Regardless of circumstance, whether the guy is a dipshit or not, I have never found anything humorous about it. Unnerving, bizzare, scary, many other descriptive words. Time and again, we always come together and show support for a fallen fellow rider. |

That said, I would be extremely dirty at the cop for giving me a ticket. I know I know, the incident would have to be reported, but a crash should not automatically be considered as evidence that the driver/rider was intentionally being unsafe. Especially when no harm was done to anyone/thing else (except the bike). "Speed was a factor" fuck. off. speed is always a factor, even if I am standing still and fall on my face.
