The toy drive at TriMet. What a bunch of douches who rode through the crowd scaring people and making a scene, as if they were the reason we were there.
Brother speed a-holes.

I see that alot with dual sporters those jerks! And the scooter crowd are so damned superior to all other bike owners. But the worst are those sport bike dickweeds, always name calling, spitting and farting.

I found the problem ace, and it aint people on cruisers... its you with the tight panties, you must have gained some weight, cause they must be real tight and way past time for changing

I was standing behind the buss, they toed their bikes past me and my crew before toeing them through to the front.

not a big deal you have way to much time to worry about other people obviously

And now i see you as you are, a sponsor of being rude and riding through crowds as if they don't matter. Well enough then.
I won't be coming back to the event. I can promise you this.

d00d, they were some of the event leaders and walked their bikes through... if you get twisted on that, dont EVER go to ANY bike event, ANYPLACE

damn, cant imagine anyone getting twisted about that shit, that kinda noise goes on anytime you get more than 10 bikes in a parking lot... d00d, you really need to check yourself, see if you got any hangin

again, it is now very aparent that the hate you have comes exclusively from you and that huge thing you have shoved up your ass about cruisers

barely, maybe, don't matter none, it was toe speed... d00d, to bitch about that, sad... thats just sad d00d, and here I was thinking maybe something of what you said had some merit, maybe you did run into some asses along the way, but for you to pull that out as an example... the hates in you man, your the problem in this, not some some broad classification you want to put some type of blame to and vilinize.

please, do stay away form any event that may have more than 3 sportbikes at it, and 0 other types. stay in your comfort level, your panties are so tight, any more pressure your heads gonna pop off.

You not a psychiatrist this is for sure. You don't know me or know the levels of hate or love in me from a web site. You're not psychic or you would have seen this coming. And I doubt you play either on TV!

I have watched the growth of assholiness in cruisers (I still call them Hardleys) for 40 years. Listened to people whine and complain about the raunchyness and poor behavior associated with hardleys. Waiting for people to grow a set and address it through local clubs.

It never happened and I have never changed. You see it as anger, it is not about my anger, but about motorcycles in general, to me at least.

I know the cruiser bunch gets flustered and begins protecting something which requires none, instead requires a good long look at how it is effecting the whole.

The problem I believe I see here is an ownership of any statements made. As if they were the ones in the cause.

Why is that? Sportbikers don't do this, Dual sporters don't do this. But Hardleys do. Brotherhood? A family feel?

Ok, thread got too long, maybe I'll read more later. As for now, I'll this.

And add that Harley really seems the Hello Kitty of America. Why? Because like how you can find any item with the Hello Kitty brand on it in Japan (just check out a webpage called Hello Kitty Hell if you don't believe me), you can find anything sold with the Harley name on it. I wonder if Harley makes more money selling bikes, or selling their brand name to put on random crap

Well I've covered a lot of ground too my friend and I have forum friends from all over the country who I know are not like that at all,I just don't agree with your assessment so I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
There are azzholes a plenty in the sport crowd and in the yuppie BMW or Goldwing touring crowds as well,I think no mater what crowd however they are the minority.
If you haven't noticed ( I imagine you have but) I'm just 25 miles from you,I'll post up next time a few of us get out for a ride and you're welcome to come along,I think you would find the guys I hang with are all regular good folks that don't care what you ride.
In my experience they are all mainstream guys like you will find most anywhere, you won't find any of us hanging around outside Columbia Cycle in a doo rag and new leathers eating free hot dogs or sitting on a barstool out in Farger Lake talking smack because we are riders and will be out on the road and in the wind.
As for Brother Speed, they are 1%....we are 99%,nuf said.

There are douche canoes and snobbery and ill feelings in any group. INCLUDING the BMW riders. By in large some of the most pretentious, pompus self righteous people that have never ridden dirt that I have ever met. Now those that are actually riding their 15k bike off road, seem to be quite sociable, but the polish and brand panty twitters... I wouldnt hoist a brew with em. They are on parr and line with the Starbucks Sunday morning crew of HD or Sportabikapolooza.
Roll into their shop with a dirty NON Bavarian Brand adventure bike, and feel the love. DAMHIK

If you would rather spend your time cleaning your bike/preening your gear, than riding your bike, then we probably dont understand each other on fundamental basics.

PS see y'all sociable types at Puddin Fest and Sasquatch

Fine run away. I will still have my say.

Your insecurity is showing. Maybe you should man up and consider another look at this, not that it is worthy of a fix, but it is worth a close look.

I caught you in one exaggeration and can tell you the 8 people I was with all felt the 3 specific bikers who rode with both feet on the pegs at far to high a speed without clearing a path right down the gift line were jerks.

You call it toe speed, I call it shit for speed in a crowd.

They rode through the crowd to the entrance gate, then opened it. They could have and should have just opened the gate and rode the 20 feet from the street to they're parking spots.

Rode through the lines of people placing stuffed animals in the bus, and behind the bus it was less crowded. They did it on purpose and did it for show. Fucktards used it to prove they were fucktards, period. They did that.

I also call bullshit on the fact you saw all of them, as 3 jerks came through and then 5 or 6 more came about 3 or 4 minutes later, they rode through much slower. Those are the guys you hold up as the picture of perfection. But they too could have avoided the crowd.

I wonder if there is a video out there, I saw one of the area, but not of the incident, which I have discussed with others who were disappointed too.

Agreed, I know there are fantastic people on Harleys, I know this.

Never wondered if it was the seats or what.

Before the attacks of you're wrong and you're wrong, set in. I said (not a quote) the posers and haters are the trouble. But ownership of every accusation is the issue for this subject. I am not a Harley hater, I am an asshat hater.

I agree with you 100%

I have never said posers and asshats don't exist elsewhere, and on all brands.

"d00d" with two numbers? I don't care if you don't use apostrophes or commas, but we're not 12 here, let's try and use big boy words. Over and out.

OOOH that is just so manly, name calling. OHHH!

I will look into some proof, I have heard there is a vid. I would love to find it and see if I am wrong. It may be so, but the jerks almost hit a couple of friends of mine, and they rate higher than even you.

So keep on name calling it makes you look so much more masculine.

You are so full of shit. You weren't there, you were "behind the bus".

You weren't pulling people out of the way, like I was.

Here is the crowd they rode through.......

pulling people out of the way? really? your right, I wasnt, there was no reason to!

call me a liar, please. I was behind the bus when they came through, there about, right to the inside... or N side. where most of them went, 1 or 2 went outside.

Well even if there were three asshats that scared you all, that is 3 out of 7000 riders, probably 90% of the 7000 bikes were Harleys, more yet were metric cruisers.
Makes for a pretty small percentage that you found offensive,my guess is it would be about the same out on the road on any given day.

Makes for a pretty small percentage that you found offensive,my guess is it would be about the same out on the road on any given day.

Are you two so brain numb you can't see it was the organizers who did this???

And even worse you approve of it, Nuf said.

I will never speak of it again, unless you too would like to try to remove my undergarments....

Although I think Shrek might be ghey!

Taking my words out of context man, what I said has nothing to do with who did what or even whether they did, read what I wrote before you call me brain numb sir ,I didn't say they didn't do as you say nor did I say they did.
I said if they did they were but 3 out of 7000 and it makes my point about them being a minority that you want to perpetuate into some major conspiracy of Harley riders and now cruiser riders in general being a bunch of asshats that treat the rest of the world like shite.
It just ain't so,they are but a few drops in the ocean.

Wow, did this thread ever go to hell in a handbasket.

If I may add my two cents worth here.....

As to the toy run, not only was I there, I was the official last bike in the run. I have been to quite a few large runs, and quite frankly, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, I thought it went off quite smoothly.

As to Brother speed, I know a few of them personally, I am not a member, nor a hang around, the 1% life holds no interest for me, but I will ride with then If asked to. The ones I have met and know are really nice people.
The same can be said for Free Souls.

I think the problem here was just one of you misunderstanding that way events like this are run, I am sorry if you think there was something done to make you feel unsafe, but really in an event like this are more the norm.

If you come to ride next year, I would like to extend an Invitation to you and your wife to ride with my HOG club, so you will feel safer at this event.

It just ain't so,they are but a few drops in the ocean.

Cruisers, harleys what ever, I ride a cruiser. So I was including the name so all the butt hurt were less hurt. Sensitive bunch you know.

I am shocked as I have been for decades harley riders don't see it or won't acknowledge it.

Just deny deny deny that it is.

Frankly I will remain as I have always been, so the fuck what, it is creating a divisive community, not completely, yet enough it is an often spoken belief. But they would rather quietly hide than stand up and tell it, tell you, like it is.

It is both of you to who expect the leader of our nation to be honorable, but all other leaders don't have to be bothered, hypocrites actually.

You can correct this mess once your sober.

Thank you very much for the nice note.

I was with Harley riders who are HOG members, they won't be coming back at the last time we talked ( 5 weeks ago). They are the people I was with and I have listened to them rant. Believe me this isn't (to anyone I was with) as some seem to believe, a small thing.

So I guess I have to ask. Please don't take offense in the frankness of the question.
Is it standard procedure to ride through the crowd and right down the toy line, without notice, or warning? Then park right in front and cuss as if no one can hear them? Setting a organizers example of exactly what makes us (my close friends) all cringe.
