Hey everyone, Im in Wasginton DC for the week, and I'm renting a CanAm Spyder for Saturday. Can anyone recommend some good routes in the area, or am I going to have to googlemaps research one? Any cool sights to see? Thanks in advance! |

I actually found old discarded pieces of headstones along the banks of the Potomac River! I assumed they were "mistakes"? |

It's also where Camp David is. You may pass a little nondescript road with a 'One Way Do Not Enter' sign that leads into it. If you like bike nights, there's a gathering every Wed or Thurs at the Barnes and Noble in Rockville, MD. Pretty big turn out. I actually met a guy by chance who's aunt I know up here in AK when I went one night a few years ago. Have fun, Mark H. |

Great for cruising on the highway, but this machine seriously sucks in the twisties. Even leaning off like a damned monkey, the inside wheel kept lifting, which would cause the electronics to kick in and cut power. Unless you're as old as Djoplin, I'd recommendd something else. How much does PJD charge you? Norm's been bitching about overpaying, and I keep telling him the rate is the same for everyone. As for the Spyder... I agree. That thing was a sack of shit. It's only redeeming quality was the ability to do burnouts with ease. |
