| Zone Head Joined: Feb 2005 From: Pasco | Take the MSO (if it does NOT specify "for offroad use only") down the the DOL and tell them it is a Chinese scooter. No inspection required. Just be sure it has all the required gear (lights, mirrors, etc) on it so you dont get a ticket. |

I am just saying what I would do, if it were my personal 110cc bike. I dont see why the DOL should get any money for a bike that I built in my garage that I am not riding on their streets, that doesnt have a vin, that I have no intentions of selling. ![]() |

| Training Wheels Joined: Oct 2008 From: Port Angeles, Wa. I Ride: 87 YSR50/01 Warrior quad<--Broken!!! | Throw away the jap knock off 110cc and get a yamaha YSR50.. They come with a title from the factory so plates aren't a problem. And they'll smoke most 110cc pocket bikes. They're a little bigger also. Just expect to get pulled over on any little bike you can squeeze a plate onto. |
