They are sold virtually everywhere, but not a lot of reviews to be found. I'd personally hold off untill more is known about them.
I already have Arai, Shoei and Scorpion helmets. I was just wondering how much helmet, safety, comfort, etc. can you expect to get for $99 - $140? I have gloves that cost more than that.
No. Poly-shell, prolly heavy. CG only listed DOT cert. I want Snell, or better, Euro certification. There's all kinds of deals online for Scorpion, HJC, the new Bells......If I were on the cheap, I'd go there first. They only way I'd buy that kinda lid, is if my helmet was stolen on a ride, and I had to get home.
My little brother bought a BILT helmet about a week ago at Cycle Gear. I don't know the exact model, but he seems happy with it. It isn't as heavy as the Scorpion EXO 1000. And it doesn't have any ridiculous features like cheek pad pumps... just sayin. Seems pretty good for a cheap helmet. And Snell cert. seems overrated. Even OMRRA and WMRRA (to the best of my knowledge) don't require SNELL.
motofit, cascade, and motocorsa all require a snell approved the others allow both snell (bsa) or dot approved helmets That means that helmet couldn't be use at some track day events I haven't looked on omrra but I'm pretty sure the guidelines there are as strict if not more.
I've got a Bilt Helmet and I like it. I think I spent around 100 bucks on it. It does not seem heavy, although it is my first helmet so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to.

Maybe you should check your facts before spewing out your worthless info. Here's the difference between a dot and snell approved helmet. I've ridden with two out of the three track day orgs you mentioned... all with a D.O.T. approved helmet. Yes, one of the websites might have SNELL listed, but I would assume it's a misprint. And in fact I still have a Cascade Tracktime sticker on one of my DOT helmets. Also, look at page 24 of the OMRRA rule book that you linked. It specifies gear requirements... and a DOT approved helmet is clearly acceptable according to that document. Sorry about my previous smart-ass post. I'm just trying to keep things in perspective based on my own experiences and what I know to be fact and fiction. SNELL is certainly not required for track days and club racing from what I've gathered.

i bought a bilt two weeks ago and i am returning it tomorrow. this helmet sucks. i wore it for five rides and the visor broke, yes broke at the clip on the left side. never again. my confidence is lost with this brand.
Why waste money on crappy gear when good gear can be had for a few dollars more? If you buy Bilt your buying a cycle gear made helmet. Most products I have seen in cycle gear would never make it onto my bike let alone me.
