    http://legaltimes.typepad.com/blt/2...es-over-visa-denials-for-foreign-members.html

“The group claims that by declaring all Hells Angels members ineligible for a travel visa, the federal government is going against the Immigration and Nationality Act, which calls for individual evaluations of visa applicants to decide if they're coming to the United States to take part in unlawful activities. They're also claiming that they've been deprived of due process rights because there's no way to challenge the "known criminal organization" designation.”

I’m a lifetime AMA member and donor - also- Today I saw some of the finest riding, in a long while, on skyline by a LEO on his BMW - having been trained in philosophy - this is interesting academically.

  2. Join a different "club/gang" then?
I'm a motorcycle enthusiast and don't need to be part of a "club/gang" to prove it.
I guess I'm not understanding why anybody would want to be part of that.....unless it's to get away with doing shit your "brothers" wont turn you in for?

    Enlighten me.

  3. So ... Now HLS is interested in immigration?

  4. I want my click back.

This thread is as much of a waste as that lawsuit is. Useless, utterly useless.

  5. If you ride a sportbike you are no longer allowed to travel freely
You will be judged as all other asshats you are a bad person.

That has no bearing on that lawsuit nor the Federal Governments actions. Has nothing to do with them riding motorcycles or any particular type of motorcycle.

    Try again, you're getting warmer.

  7. That will be worth following to see what the outcome will be.

You would have to enlighten yourself on the thousands of ‘clubs’ that are out there and what they stand for in order to understand, or to pass judgment without looking like a moron. Do I care about the HA’s? Nope… But I would care where this case goes.

If they are being judged because of the club they belong to, then all MC’s should be banned from international travel. It’s not the club that makes them a criminal, it’s the actions of the individual.
