International MC show in Seattle

  8. I rode last year. This year I'm gonna cage it so I can have a couple fo beers and take some stuff home with me if I want.

    i guess its something to do, but it just seems like a bunch of dealers under one roof to me trying to sell you stuff you dont want for outragous prices.

    i cant believe i pay to get into that BS, its like paying to walk into a dealership

    It's kind of like the Seattle Boat Show or any other of the myriad of things people pay to get into. We get to see all the new bikes, gear, etc. Some of it might be over priced, some might be a super good deal.

    From what I've seen, the dealer show cases aren't very hardcore on sales at all. It's the gear and small businesses that are trying to sell. I mean, I don't think I've ever been approached with a sales perspective when sitting on the bikes. It's always about "any questions?".

    And the gear/small business stuff can be gotten at a great discount usually. I mean, they don't want to haul the stuff back! Not to mention they need to move a ton of stuff. Do you have any idea how expensive one of those booths are? Crazy!

  18. This is true... plus its a thing to do that is motorcycle related right in the middle of winter. I cant see how anyone wouldnt wanna go. Especially with family/ friends
