Question Main Street Diner in Pendleton....
I am curious if anyone has been to the Main Street Diner in Pendleton, and what the parking situation is like. I and a couple riders will be rolling through town from Seattle, stopping for lunch en route to the Chief Joseph Rally down in John Day, and I am hoping this is a good place to stop and eat.

Here is the a review...http://www.roadfood.com/Restaurant/R...n-street-diner.

I am guessing somewhere in the ball park of about 12:30. We're leaving the Seattle area fairly early, and will prob. make at least two or three stops for gas. Come and join us for lunch, its nice to meet other riders.

If people want to meet up please come. We are going to enter Pendleton via Old Pendleton River Rd , which will be a welcome break from the the freeway. If you want to ride a bit, meet up with us out side town at the junction with I84 or instead with Oregon Hwy 320 (I think the town or area is called Echo?)

what time and date???? BTW Holdman RD or Despain Gluch would be a better back RD, Echo Highway is a rocky potholed mess for most of the route. if interested PM me and I could meet u at the 1 exit over the bridge into oregon and take you on the route!!!

we might actually be in hermiston a little before then, and potentially not actually entering the town itself. See the post above for more information;the details are still heresay, but Wistrick offered to meet up just as we cross into Oregon, then take us on some roads of choice into Pendleton, where lunch will be. You think you can take an extended lunch and join?

Is this by chance it? http://www.greatpacific.biz/index.html

It looks nice and classy in there, how much is would that place hurt our wallets as compared to Main Street Diner?
