I haven't looked up very many tags so I kind of thought that the Steel Bridge would highly likely be taken. This should be a nice scenic shot while your up there.

Here is the bridge http://www.king5.com/video/featured-...100955984.html

I haven't been up there in years, but I am game for a road trip when I get back.

It was gravel last time I was up there, but everyone knows my level of insanity.

WaGigKPN -
IN - If we can get a Texan on board (although not required - It was on Luigi's bucket list, so if we were to "borrow" the Guzzi all would be fine!).
I was brought up on Gravel and dirt - even though my current Steed weighs double the dirt bikes I rode as a kid the "skills" are still valid...
Up on the pegs - "let-go" of the steering - and try NOT to touch much of the FRONT brake... Rode that way for 10 years before I hit the road!!
Possible this weekend - The weather seems to be holding and I would prefer DUST to MUD anytime -
I gotta ride my DUCK while it is still running!!

And You???

I Ride: whatever you let me...
Davidk, you're right. Those skills don't go away.
Days like this I really miss how comfy I was on my SV.
Few dirt roads here and there, a whale on the throttle and flip out the ass like a flat tracker with a death wish! Hell yes!!
I'm a little more comfortable sitting down at times but to really get through some muck, standing rules all!
Same goes for wheelies!
BRRRAAAAAAP!!!

nice bridge
The steel bridge looks like it is worth the trip. May have to go take a look before the rain comes, although it sounds like it might be more impressive after the rains fill up the river.

Back at the salt mines yesterday. I was hoping that my badge wouldn't work in the card reader so I couldn't get into the building or to find some stranger sitting in my office asking who the hell I was, but alas, no such luck. All I found was a pile of incoming paperwork and an in box full of "important" messages.

Old.

Instead of going to the camp ground we elected to get the easy tag and go to steel bridge.
Great ride!

It really was a fun ride, and for the folks that thought boats (really, Janice?) were more fun , here's what you missed.

The view from beyond the bridge,

the view from up top (Anyone have an ex wife's lawyer to spare),

and the view from below.

Yeah, With all the fun yesterday i was late to my 4pm therapy session with guns and didnt have time to stop to get a tag. Then forgot on the way home. Then rode my wifes car into work today because i need to give it a bath during my lunch break. Then tomorrow i will be in the truck all day...

So i screwed up...Anyone else who got the original tag want at it?

So when you get home show the wife her nice clean car, grab the bike, and go plant a tag. You have until 13:56 tomorrow.

I know that you are hooked on Hondas, but that doesn't mean you have to surrender to the Italians that quickly.
