I Ride: the hands of time......
ok...I need to chime in for my sanity....not that anyone cares....

as I repair a lot of dive watches for a living(80% of watches I repair!)....all I ask is double check your gear before going into water.....and that includes making sure you have the crown on your watch screwed all the way down....
amazing how many FAIL to do this!

ok, thx back to your local forum chitter chatter.

My Suunto and my Shearwater Predator DO tell the time.. but they aren't watches.

I dont dive with a watch anymore because:

1. People like yourself charge a lot of $ to fix my phuck-up.
2. ... there is no #2.

Thanks for giving solid advise to all others tho! I have seen many 'a watches die at the mercy of the puget sound.

My watch is my air pressure...

How does the Harper pier work on monday?

http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noa...melength=daily

Looks like low is around 1:30pm and an exchange of 7.5ft. I hear currents are not bad at Harper either, its pretty protected...

Not sure if i can ride before...

Sounds good to me.

Harper's is usually pretty clear and relatively unaffected by anything else shy of boats. The Barbara G is a fun wreck to poke around at while youre there.. if you havent been before, there is a (long and unedited) video it ook with my GoPro diving it on youtube.. just search Zillah7Kylgod

I get my dry suit back from the shop on sat. Anyone up for a dive on sun? Haven't been in the water since I got here so if someone could show me a good place I'd appreciate it. Prefer to stay in kitsap.

I want to spear sh*t so most of eastern kitsap county is a no go...for that matter so is the west side cause hood canal is closed to harvesting bottom fish...I dont know any other areas besides the Harper Pier. It was good, not spectacular...

I need to clear it with wife first and foremost before i am allowed to go diving on Sunday...Dont ask where my balls are...
