I use to do them before my crash last June. (no I didn't crash doing a wheelie) Sit down shifting from 1st through 3rd and stand ups. But since my wreck there have been no wheelies and I'm not sure there will be. My riding has slowed down quite a bit since then.

Man you have a z1000 just stand up and roll on the power it will come right up just be sure to roll on hard do not snap it to wot this could loop you try it in first till you get used to the throttle control then rip it up in second slowly roll on more and more till you get comfortable with it then you could attemp shifting if you feel inclined to do so.

Not on purpose. I like both wheels on the ground, it corners better that way.

I am actually VERY sceered to do a wheelie now, I used to be a freeways worst nightmare...But jail just sucks...And impounds are crazy expensive.

(Cept for the ride on 101 with the Kitsappers, that was a accident)hehe

Right you are, Ken! It would be the early 90s as that was my 90 FZR600 (aka F2 fodder) I was riding at the time.

I've gotten the front wheel up a few times (normally not what I intended )

it's not really common on my VFR
