I Ride: Slower than you on my Kawasaki GTR 1400
Ride Tuesday may 13th silverdale to carbon river mt ranier
VFRtard and I have the day off,
we are thinking about getting a ride going.

probably starting in Silverdale/Bremerton and taking most of the day for a ride.

it will be a "relaxed" ride (nothing too crazy)
but I'm sure there will be some "spirited" riding too

possible rides:
- Ocean Shores
- neah bay (hwy 112/113)

we're definately open to suggestions.

probably leaving late morning (before lunchtime) maybe 10am(ish)
stopping for lunch somewhere
and probably trying to be back in silverdale for the 2 wheeled tuesdays at the HD place.

as of right now,
it's just the two of us
but anyone is welcome to come along.

Edit:

looks like we're gonna try and go out Carbon River Road to Mt Ranier
meeting at 09:30 kickstands up at 10am
try and be back about 2:30-3pm

then meet back up at harley of silverdale
and ride with them out to the bike night in federal way

here's the proposed ride (unless we come up with something better)

this will be an "Easy paced" ride (we will have one "new" rider, and don't want to make him push it too much)

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=e...42&ie=UTF8&z=9

the plan is to meet up in silverdale (not sure where yet) about 09:30
full tanks

kickstands up at 10:00

probably make a stop in Buckley or Carbonado to stretch/top off/ect...

we should make the park around 12:30
hang out for a bit, and leave the park about 1pm

I know one guy needs to be back about 3:30 (that way, we're not in a big rush)

since it's just the 3 of us,
I guess the plans have changed.

meeting at discount tire at 930am,
getting coffee at olympic to talk about the ride.

and probably gonna just do the hood canal loop.

well,
the rain dampened things a bit,

instead of doing the hood canal loop,
we decided to run over to RMC for Casey to look at and possibly pick up some gear.

he got himself a jacket, gloves, and boots.

and I got myself a new 2008 Concours 1400

VFRtard and I didn't make it back to the dale in time to meet up with you guys,
so we went strait to the place in federal way,

we had already eaten (late lunch)

and didn't see you (or anyone we recognized from silverdale/bremerton)

Late better than never
We made it, but was late, It was just me and MF'r showed up at a casually late 930. I figure the party starts when "I" arrive j/k I got pinned selling a bike to a new rider. So he is riding one now and I still gots me belly full. We are up at Round Table in Gig Harbor this Friday. Maybe that one I will be on time for ....

vfrtard and I left about quarter after 8

I know what you mean about taking an excessive amount of time to close out a bike.

I was at RMC all day
