Alright, back in town and I have had some positive movement on my house. So I am off to getting a new place and thinking that it will be a pivotal place to hang out and do motorcycle things.
So filling the Man Space with my rides, a work lift, a pool table, a juke box, an old tv, a fridge and a blender. Any other suggestions?
Yes there will be plenty of parking, yes the neighbors will complain.

old soda machine that dispenses free beers; espresso bar; stumps out back to set the empties on to practice with the shootin' irons; poker table; humidor; ping pong table; you really should find a moto gp arcade machine...the only one I vaguely remember was made by Sega I think. There could be more stuff too but this (and the other stuff mentioned by everybody) is a start.

Plus a million on the midget umbrella girls. To save on labor costs let them double as the strippers. You'll save money on the poles too...

Also a must have is the chili and cheese pump jammies like 7-11 has. Nothing says low rent party like a couple of those bad boys....

we could just make some bologna and cheese sandwiches while we're at it. i know, ramen! a giant crock pot to make ramen for all! and a bowling alley! we're going full on trash! kinda like simple jack. full retard!

nah, scratch all that. kegerator and cots to pass out on. that's practical, and beertastic.

Oh yes, a Kegerator, that's a necessity. I actually know someone who has one they're looking to sell. It's a full size fridge with a CO2 tank and a tap in the main door.
