If you live in the Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, or surrounding communities and are looking to have pruning or other yard maintenance done let me know.

I completed the Lake Washington Technical Collage Horticulture Program in 2006and I'm an ISA certified arborist.

If you have questions or need work done please contact me via PM or in this thread.

Thanks,

I have a large closet with some sodium halide lights and foil lining the walls for my "crop"...can you help with crossing breeding strands and potency?

Technically I know how to due to my horticulture background, but no, I won't help you with that.

If your yard is looking like a lot of the ones I've been seeing it could probably use some post-storm cleanup. If this is true for you let me know and I'll get in touch with you.

Thanks,

If your trees haven't been pruned yet now is the time to get it done.

ĽArborist tip of the month: You don't want to prune deciduous trees when the leaves are coming on or falling off.

Is there any hope for a tree with no leaves on it after several years?

You're too far away from me and I'm too cash poor to pay for you to come down. I have a few apple trees in my back yard that I take a saw to every year or two.. but I don't know what I'm doing. One produces FAR too much fruit each year and branches get weighed down - all the way to the ground. The other... well I keep expecting it to die but it doesn't. It's never produced anything of quality.

Do you have any tips for pruning apple and plum trees? Blueberry bushes too (I've learned the hard way not to touch the blueberry bush otherwise it won't fruit for 2 years!! )

Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated! Or if you have any trips South planned maybe you could swing by.

Thanks in advance,
Sarah

With leaves now on the trees, are there some unsightly ones in your yard that could use some pruning? If so let me know.

We're closing in on the start of summer. If you still have spring cleaning left to do in your yard schedule an appointment by June 1st and get 15% off.
