1973 Kawasaki 350 S2

$5500... sold. Headed for Reno.

This little guy is a survivor. I owner from new with 6183 miles. The bike is nearly 100% original and has no signs of ever being crashed, damaged or tipped over. It comes with the original and 1st title (WA State) issued 3/7/1974.

The front turn signals are not included. They were removed years ago to facilitate a cheezball fairing that has since been removed. The mirrors are not pictured but they are included. Includes the toolkit and both original keys. Sadly, no owner's manual.

The rubber strap for the toolkit is missing as well as 1 of the 2 seat hinge pins. This old triple seems to be fully present and accounted for otherwise.

The bike recently had the carbs cleaned and was made to run/operate. It does that very well. The tires are the original units from 1973. Scary monsters!

Cosmetically, this machine is well preserved. It is in no way ready for the Kawasaki Museum or a concours show. As it sits it is probably the best original "rider" quality Kawasaki triple a person is likely to find. There are bits of corrosion here and there, some paint flaking on the instrument binnacle, etc.

In my opinion, this S2 straddles the line between full restore or just clean up, ride and enjoy. They are only original once someone in this world told me years ago.

in that condition 3,800 tops on e-bayif you do an auction listing take your best bid offer on the first go round, sellers often end up with lower offers when they re-list.

Nope, the buyer did not come from here. It dawned on me to contact a guy in my black book that has purchased several vintage Hondas from me. He was a buyer on the 1st phone call. Another person in Tokyo I've dealt with before was right behind Reno guy waving many cyberspace yen.

I remember reading your thread on the '72 750. That is a very rare machine and if you don't my saying the fs thread was, ummm, a bit light on content.

This one correct?

1972 kawasaki h2 750

yeah-- content was light,i figured if someone was interested they would get on c.l. to veiw pics as i gave info on this in ad. i ended up posting on e bay , for 6 days ,6,700 was b.o first ad, was not happy with that so i re listed including a link to see bike running and ridden, that netted me 6,800 from a buyer in france,oh well. often i see folks relist and end up with 300-700 less than first ad ,on these triples ,so i was fortunate.alot of buyers from countrys other than the u.s.a. are snapping them up, im still kicking my self for getting rid of my 74 h-2 that was given the complete denco workover, sold it disassembled for 1300 in 03
