I found a new one, and someone who is willing to mount/balance it if I can take my old tire to them. That's great for me. Does anyone in the Everett/Lynnwood/MLT area have the tools, experience, and time to help me remove the rear tire from my bike, and then put it back on when it's changed out? Does anyone have a stand I can borrow long enough to change my tire out? If you're willing to help, send me a PM and let me know. Let me know what it'll cost for some one to show some "good samaritan-ship" Thanks |

I'm signing up for a track day in august, and I'll put a new store bought set of matched tires on my bike then. But for now, I'm just trying to change the blown tire so i can still ride while i'm getting my car fixed. I'm not sure Andy. I'm really new to bikes. I know it's a '00 R6. But that's all I know. The tire is a 180/55zr17 if that helps any. |

I don't know if it's the right size for your bike or not, but you shouldn't need it if you're doing the rear tire anyways. If you pick up the rear stand you could take it to Grant's for some tire changing magic ![]() Posted via PNW Riders Mobile |

I'm down by Northgate and should have everything needed. It would be nice to know the axle nut size. Do you have spools? I think my cell # is in my profile. If not PM me. Cheers |
