My RS5 Yoshi slip on pipe fit into the OEM one, but no matter how much I torque the fastner bolt, there is still some play causing exhaust leak. Bought as is: -No clue on the year of the pipe. -No gasket (none shown on the install instructions from Yoshi either). I was recommended to use "Heavy Duty Tiger Patch", muffler or tailpipe instant repair tape. http://s7d5.scene7.com/is/image/CanadianTire/0383732_1?$medium$&defaultImage=image_na_EN[/URL] Does anyone have any experience with this stuff? Or any recommendation to fix the leak? Thanks. |

If it pretty tight as is and you if solidly attached you can try the paste/tape items. If leak is bigger one of your parts might be out of round. I had a similar problem (slip on end was oval) and I pulled everything off and a car exhaust shop fixed me up in 5min. Good Luck. |
