Can you find out just by measuring your noggin and then proceed to the correct shape to save time? ??? I was looking at helmets and found that there are 5 different head shapes and different manufacturers make different helmets for different head shapes. Oval, Round, Egg and two others i don't remember. (wide upper/wide lower?). |

Youd be surprised how many cool helmets can be found at yard sales. As long as it has a cool paint job on it, thats all I care about. ![]() Joe. Last edited by westerner; 08-11-2008 at 11:38 AM.. |

I have an Arai quantum size 7-7 1/8 which fit really well. After looking at my head he said I should wear a Arai vector in the same size. I tried one on; it fit better and is cheaper. |

It's a process, expect to take some time with it if you really want to find a good fit. |
