Any 08 Neen-ja 250 owners buy a rear cowl? I ordered one for my wifes bike, but I'm not sure I got the right parts. Far as I can tell the part numbers match up to the invoice, packing list and the included instructions but it won't latch.

I screwed around with it for a while but I'm too tired to mess with it anymore. Any one install one? Any issues? I'll take pictures tomorrow if it comes down to it. Looking for pointers is all.
