I know, late notice, but it has been in the paper and on radio so I just wanted to follow up. At the Moses Lake High school commons, starting 6PM, 2.50 a plate or by donation to raise funds for my co-worker, friend, riding partner, and a guy who is closer to me than my own brother; Kirby Messer.

He had a cancerous brain tumor removed 5 years ago, and last month they did the bi-annual MRI and found it and more, had aggressively returned. Prognosis is stage 4, but he has sought treatment in Texas with an experimental method that offers maybe a 50% chance.

He has 3 boys and a wife of 20 years that need to cling to hope. I am cooking some good noodles and there will be all the trimmings and cake. Come if you can.
