While I too, don't think too highly of the Buell 1125r (as if it matters now, anyway...), I do believe they would of sold a shit ton of 'em if they were not so butt friggen ugly. How about normal front brakes, chain drive, a more conventional exhaust and a front faring more like a CBR600rr (instead of a alien from another world) and the bike would of been money. I was so ready for Buell to stick it to the big 4, but in turn, they committed the cardinal sin by making the 1125r ugly! People shelling out 11 large for a new sled say looks matter, just ask any one riding a R1 or a 1098-1198. Also, anyone who disses ZX10r's are just to pansie-assed to ride them!! |

Very top-heavy to boot. Re: Victory Vision I put 600mi on one in a weekend doing a mix of riding. I'd take it as a cruiser-type-touring machine (BMW LT/Goldwing/Electraglide/etc) over just about anything else out there. Great overall package, though the looks do scream Buck Rogers. |

That's saying something when most of the time my attitude is "If it has an engine, two wheels and brakes, I'll ride it." Maybe it's the bug-eyed look of the katanas and the fizzers. I like them both and have not yet had the opportunity to ride either one. |

All the above are quality well made motorcycles. All motorcycles do not appeal to all riders, that is why there is such a variety of bikes on the market. Most motorcycles appeal to me. If I could I would own dozens of them! AS far as the worst motorcycles in the last decade I have to say the Chinese junk that is peddled to an unsuspecting public. Wether it is UM, Johnny Pag Lifan or any other brand generaly if it's made in China it is crap! Last edited by midvalleysuperbiker; 05-31-2010 at 09:24 PM.. |

Any bike over 500 lbs , less than 120 hp , with a wheelbase over 57" . That kills alot of bikes ![]() I love Suzuki's but the B-King is just a huge uglyass pile ! BMW's huge 1200cc wanna be offroad bike . Any current Jap cruiser trying to look and sound like a Harley . I think it's a toss up between a Hoysung or a Ural . |
