I've already got two disc lock alarms (one for each wheel), but this also sounds like a nifty idea. I'll have to think up some Rube Goldberg routing for the filament...

I Ride: a cruzzer
Read a article by a Professional bike thief and I came away understanding loud disc locks are the best at foiling rip offs. But I like this idea James.
